I have a ATI Radeon 8500 And was wondering about the VSync. Should It be on or off? With it on I seem to have rubber bullets.Any ideas?

Everything I've heard from the HTC staff says leave it on.

With it on your Video card is synched to your monitor.  The condition is more WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get).  Try it both ways but I'm betting your gunnery is better with it on!  It is best to use the HIGHEST resolution your monitor can safely handle.  I run my 19" Sony at 100 Hz.
