Was at V3 in Panzer with an enemy M8 buzzing around. Two other friendly panzers were nearby with their name icons showing. The M8 was not showing any friendly icon, or enemy icon. Usually no name icon means an enemy.
When I hit the M8 which was hauling, with an AP round, I was killed. The system, indicated that I had been killed, but no enemy kill credit appeared.
