Pricing Options for future?

Just a quick thought - with WB having now the option to pay either flat rate/unlimited and the old style of per hour play, do HTC have any plans to adopt a similar strategy?

I've just d/loaded the latest version of AH and love it, but $30US translates to approx $50+ AUS. (give or take the daily plunge of the Aussie dollar!)

Would this kind of dual payment system be of benefit? Please no crap about "Quakers" - this is a serious question! (So keep it nice!   )

I think the main problem is that HTC doesn't have an "unlimited time" EZmode arena with limited planeset, and from all i've heard before, doesn't plan too make one.
<S!> HTC on that note

I payed the first 8 tours here.

It was a blast !

I have the highest respect for the htc team.

I left this tour to play h2h. Why?

30 us + isp = 70 cdn to play.Monthly

Thats nuts in my book. I was nuts

Many here brag about 300 to 400 dollar bills in wb. Monthly.

No more for me. I have a kid on the way + a car restoration project going on.

Ah was the first to go when i worked out how much both are costing me.My car hobby won out.

So now i play h2h and you know what?
Ive had some of the best fights in the h2h arena lol. Go figure.

Saved myself $50 cdn to boot

Why not charge less and try to wipe out the competion ?
In most cases before the games are finished.
WW2 online IL2 and wb3 come to mind.

Ill be back in the arena when its $15 cdn to play for me.
That about $10 us.

BTw i am aware this is the best ww2 sim with the best service.

G'day rkat,

I too would like to see an alternate pricing option.  That way we'd see more people in AH from the Asia-Pacific region.

Hate to say it, but with numbers as it is during our primetime, it's not really worth the $30US.  I'm nuts for even having stayed this long considering my other expenses...golf and volleyball every weekend, house, Visa, and the list goes on.

It seems all too quiet on the pricing front so I doubt we'd see any alterations in the short term.

Ex.

rkat,
Are you sure WBIII is going to stay flat-rate.  From what I've seen, when its full implemented a new (old) price plan may go into affect.

Eye....

I'm sorry, but we will never see you in the main arena then....working for free is probably not HTC's goal

Ten dollars a month per player wouldn't pay for the lights and the bandwidth, much less allow HTC any black ink.

Give em the dickens in the h2h arenas and be thankful HTC offers such a thing....or, find a part time job
