Amen to that Ouaibe, and therein lies the honor of those there.
Where I am from if 20 folks were there, 20 would be doing their best to thwart the antagonists.
Such is the southeast united states on a sunday night.
Amen. I can't imagine standing by and letting something like that happen. And speaking for everyone I know, all who grew up right here, they would agree.
The problem with the south is the influx of northerners( damn yankees:)) that don't care about the person next to them. I have to say that Southern Hospitality has been tarnished by the twenty years(and more) influx of Northeners that can't handle the cold weather where they grew up.
I hate the 102* days with 85% humidity, making it feel like 125, but I sure as hell aint going to move up to the land of the great white. If ya get old and can't stand the cold, then move south and adopt the general kindness to everyone ya meet.
If ya gotta have an attitude, stay yer bellybutton up north and be an bellybutton up there. While we're more than happy to have ya, we're better off without ya if ya can't integrate to the general politeness that we have for one another.
