FPS dropped to 16 and stayed there.

Not sure what that happend. But was in a fight smoke engine and fuel leaking. My frames instantly dropped to 16 and stayed there. Going form 16-25. I mostly stay in 40-60s. Had to reisntall AH2 to fix it. What caused this, any clues?
