When i CTD i receive this , whats that suppose to mean ?

By the looks of it I'd say a direct 3d error.

Hopefully skuzzy can fill in a few more blanks.

More than likely it is a corrupt and/or a bad installtion of DirectX, or possibly a video driver problem.

Video driver is not, i have download omega, katalysts, and the best are the drivers from the box ,ati 9800xt.
DX , ill try a new download.
