You have to have access to a website that will hold it for you. They cost money and give you a certain amount of bandwidth to use.

You can have your own website, or you can use a service that provides the space for a fee.

I can't see how to upload movie files there. Only picture files. I have a *.avi file i want to upload. How can I do it at the Picture Hanger site?:(
