vid lockup in game

Radeon 9600 256MB Atlantis(latest cat drivers-rage theater vid disabled because of conflict I can't get rid of), 1.4GB T-bird, pci512 Soundblaster(latest drivers), windows 2K (with all the updates), 512 MB ram, KT7-RAID MB.

I have done the 4-1 latest driver update for the via chipset because I was losing my usb all the time now I keep getting locked up at random times and losing all sorts of points and kills....I can't track this problem down and it's making me pull my hair out !!!!
 when I logged onto this website the damned screen blinked and it generated an email to ATI...WTF !?
 Does ATI suck that bad that Cleveland is now 25 miles closer to Detroit this year ?!

ok....I found out what has been giving me all the major trouble AKA heartburn, increased Guiness intake etc. etc.

the suk-ss saphire video card I have will NOT run with mismatched drivers as in a catalyst vid driver with wdm capture from saphire. It will gagg on the version conflicts ALL day long and I had tried to redo portions of the problem rather than try the saphire drivers alone.....ok say it.....DUMMY

.......I have the rage theater video loaded and aparently working without a conflict and I believe that is because I loaded the win2K pci512 updated drivers FIRST befor I reloaded the complete saphire driver set starting with the WDM (for cards with the video in only), THEN the Hydravision, THEN the controlpanel, THEN the video drivers....and VIOLA !...it's working (crossing my fingers here).
 The OTHER problem is a horendeous amount of static on my phone lines wiping out my DSL....and SBC is going to get a MAJOR earful about the conditions of transmissions...hopefully (i use this word a lot I know......not religeous so prayer won't help here) I'll be back up and hounding bish to the ends of the earth soon.

 so in closing.......I'll take back HALF of what I said about Skuzzy....I got better ones now anyway !....neener neener neener
