Nice landing...

While flying R/C planes we had a saying...
"any landing, with 5 or less pieces, is a great day!"

I really do miss my piper cub. (tried to dead stick it, while flying in February winds, off the Wildwood boardwalk)

I really miss my Ol' Ringmaster  ( was beta testing this plane for Sig, so hot of a plane it ripped the tail off in a hard climb)

I really miss my ol' Fokker d ( got bored and stuck an M80 in it and flew it) BLAM!!!!

my bro still has a 7' twin ducted fan f-15 somewheres .

Ah....RCs, in the basement with the dope and tissue spending hours perfecting your AC only to have it smashed into itty bitty pieces on the first takeoff, memories in the corners of my mind.

Hey...you copycat! I did the exact same thing in an F6F , but on taxi. Was taxiing out of a hanger (wrong button) reached over for a drink, and the damn thing went nose in the dirt. I thought it would roll over and I could replane, but it sat there on it's nose. I waited for ten minutes while DRILL got some real good snapshots of it. I'll post them later.
