No it's a representative republic.
There is nothing "DEMOCRATIC" about our government. It was never meant to be a democracy. That is the "majority rules". This would have been a failure.

No matte how you cut it... booing is free speach. It is probly in poor taste to go to a speaker that you know you will disagree with for the sole purpose of booing but it is perfectly acceptable when blindsided by some empty headed bimbo who you paid to hear sing.

MT, I was watching the convention and I saw it on TV. . As I remember it, was the California deligation and they were seated right in front of the stage. I'm not BS'ing you.
