kinda one sided but I always liked the scene in Blues Brothers where 'the penguin' takes out Belushi.

Can't remember the title, but it was the movie where John Candy jello wrestled the women wrestlers at a bar contest. Three or four girls were getting the better of Candy 'til he finally just used his size and weight to win the match.
