I'll do a search for ZH 26 markings, see what I can find. I DO like the sand color scheme, but will see if I can't find any BOB sknis.

Anyways I'm not finding too many sources out there for ZG 26 birds (especially for BOB/1940 era).

In fact the only helpful sources I can find online at all are from other games (IL2) that have skin sites, and community-submitted skins aren't the end-all, be-all, of accuracy, if you know what I mean?

Yeah I hear ya. Which is why I suggested just using the stock skin and throwing the insignia on it.

That's actually much easier than you think. You only need 2 small files to do it. It's technically a new "skin", but the only thing you're changing is the squad badge that's included

I've got most of the fuselage "templated"... I need to fill in colors (which I think I have a good example of a plane from your squad). Then I will redo the wings. I expect a few more days' work. Would have got more done but I ran into a photoshop problem (now resolved)

No work on the wings yet. Still trying to get the damn gear doors to line up with the lines.

The profile I will be using is for U8+BB. I have 3 representations of it to guide me. And the squad group badge for the nose (different from the one you wanted, but more accurate).
