why is it that texans must get so defensive over bush? i was just giving what maw was asking for, and you go and try for a personal attack. now i remember why i hardly ever post on this BBS.

see there you go again.  I never said one word about medicare,  I've never used it and wouldn't know how to.  I never used it on any doctor visit before I had insurance, including surgery.  Who said anything about the census bureau?  (BTW I never got counted in the 2000 census)

As far as my defending Bush, it has nothing to do with me being Texan.   But when you say he cost 3.8 million Americans thier health care I'm going to call bullsh*t.  I'm going to wait for that proof.....

Just caught the personal attack part :lol   dude you're way too thin skinned for this board.   Please show me where I attacked you personally :lol   Though I know I'll be waiting for a while on that too because I didn't.

paranoia will destroy ya.....:aok

yeah, i never said bush was an evil man, he is just making decisions he feels is right. good points on the kyoto treaty, have the same arguments with my friends. they have made same points as you. i didn't necessaily agree with the whole thing, but the basic theory of it was good IMO, but theory doesn't work in reality.

and the UN is a whole different story...perhaps a political nightmare that is to busy playing political power games to get anything done.

i'd type more ,but one arm is in a sling and worthless and the other has a broken finger. damn mountain bikes. this one finger punching get's annoying. yeah udie, i might be jumping the gun a little much, but i'm on some strong pain meds and had 2 beers. not thinking too clearly ;)

The treaty would really hurt the economy of the u.s. It also was I believe a way to lower the standard of living in the u.s. You see europe believes in equality we so far we believe in liberty. Its sad but that is changing to. Since you cant bring other countries up to our standard of living the  idea is to bring us down. Also the treaty would make some of our constitution/bill of rights null and void.I didnt say all just some, as it would give the world court the final say in somethings.I wish good people like you could just understand what is going on in geo politics and that some of this stuff might sound good but would in truth be harmful to you and me.China was exempt for how long I dont know,Russia under putin would not sign it,which had nothing to do with us.Please understand the world is doing its best to do away with our courts and put us under international courts system. They do that and they will sometime ;you can kiss liberty good by.The people that are really pushing this in this country are democrat leaders and sorry to say some republicans. It has to do with the 1 world goverment stuff which is slowly coming about.Right now syria is head of human rights committee in U.n. What does this have to do with treaty you ask?A lot, but cant go into it.I could tell You 1 thing that should scare hell out of you but this is already to long.

Thing is whats the use, when so many people can say bush is as evil as hitler this country is just waiting to die.

well that would explain it then!  Don't drink with your meds maaaaan.  I say that seriously and not just because I'm newly sober.  But because I lost a friend a couple of months ago when she mixed xanax and alcohol.   She died as a result.

did O'Rielly take a happy pill or something?

what a night to go soft...

"would you sacrifice your child for Iraq"?

of course not nor would I "sacrifice my son to put out the fire at the abandon building" if he died in the line of duty as a fireman

or

"sacrifice my son to arrest the crack addict pimp" who pulled a gun and blew his head off at the traffic stop after running a red light ... he as a police officer died in the "line of duty"

no one is sending "their children" anywhere. they are adults who "chose" the military as their profession knowing the risks well before Iraq hit the radar screen..

they died in the "line of duty" and their sacrifice should not be spit upon by the likes of moore-on

that is two things most libs don't get ... "line of duty" and "sacrifice"

and then to shake his hand...

freakin bill, what a wimp

This country will cease to exist in it's current form and most likely break off into seperate factions within the next 75 years.  That you can blame on the progress of multi-culturalism.  People are too busy being anything but American.... the melting pot is dead.

read it again.  He said Bush caused 3.8 million people to lose thier healthcare.  That's not possible in the USA as you can go to just about any hospital and get healthcare even if you don't have money or insurance.  I know because most of the medical procedures I've had done were done well before I had any sort of insurance.

Go to Ben Taub Hospital in Houston and look at all the illegals waiting in line for the "free" healthcare.  Ok not just illegals some Americans too.

I watched it. IMO, nobody got owned. It was incredibly boring overall. I expected better questions and definitely better follow-up questions from both. Bleah.

And that's why Bill got pwned.

It was his turf, and you can bet that all day the make-up chicks were giving him corner-like Rockyesque back rubs with his producer shouting in his face "You're the champ, Bill! Get him!"

Then he flailed about like a wet paper bag.

pwnage.

demaw: I sympathize with the gramatical stuff. I suck at spelling etc. also.

Just a suggestion... Plant your curser in a random location within your post three times, hitting the enter key each time. This will at least turn blackish looking walls of text into grey which is easier to digest.

We must have different definitions of owned.

Home field advantage or not, it was an uninspired performance by both parties.

Analogy? Like maybe the two last place teams in the NFL playing the last game of the season to a 3-3 tie then everybody agrees to just skip the overtime and go home.
