the handle makes me think Mouser but I'm not even sure if they made a handgun.

Japanese Type 26 Revolver in 9x22mm caliber

It draws heavily from Smith & Wesson as well as Nagant design and contruction. It is a double-action only weapon, meaning that the trigger must be pulled to rotate the cylinder. It was serviceable, but utterly unoriginal. It was introduced in 1893.

No he means that pulling the trigger ***** the handle, rotates the cylinder and fires in one pull: you cannot **** the hammer manually and then fire.
