Crashes related to my stick hat switch

OK, question #1. When people are talking about having a CTD, is just AH crashing, or does AH crash and the entire computer reboots?

I have gotten back into AH now for about 2 weeks, after buying a new computer. I have been getting what appeared to be random CTD's (AH crashes and computer reboots). These crashes were happening about once every 2-3 hours worth of game time. Occurring in many diffirent situations (in flight, GV, and in Tower). But I have started to notice the crashes occurring when I am using the 45 degree hat positions on my Saitek Evo stick. Tonight after one of these crashes, I started experimenting, and I could make the game crash by repeatedly using the 45degree hat positions (front right, front left, back right, back left).

I have completely reloaded the stick software and downloaded the latest drivers. Still getting the same thing. I don't have any crash problems, while playing any other games. Also, didn't have this problem in AH1.

Have you heard of this one? I was hoping you might have some suggestions, before I have to try and work with Saitek support.

P.S. I am loving AH2, you guys are doing a great job. Keep up the good work!!:aok

Had same problems long time ago while using a Saitek x45.

It ended up being something to do with how i had the views programmed in the saitek software.

Changed the programming and problem cured.
