How important is the amount of Video card memory?

 It is worth the extra $70 to buy an ATI 9800 pro with 256 Mb of ram? I used to read that anything over 128 Mb of video ram didn't make much of a difference.

I dont know. If you got the money. I would say go with the 9800pro. But the 128mb version I think has the same kinda of ram. Either one will play ah2 great.:D

hi boat, stick to the 128Mb video cards, the 256 is a waste of money.

the 128 versions actually out performes the 256 in some aspects.

allso see if you can get the radeon9800Pro, there is no major change in the price but theres a big performence gain.
allso make sure you buy a 256bit card and not a 128bit.
