I'm guessing Bush.  He recently just said he was going to be a "peace" President in his next term.  I guess he won the war against terror already.  :rolleyes:

What the hell do you mean by "technically" the US is in a full blown war with terrorism.  You need a president that keeps that in mind and fights that war. Not one who needlessly makes up new wars to create new opertunities for terrorists.
