How much work would it require to model a different carrier? make it look different, model collisions, new guns. Let it use the same characteristics the current task group has, same speed and what not.
This way we can do midway, and have 1 side with japanese carrier, have bright wood deck; while the american class carrier has dark blue deck. Wouldnt need to model a whole task group, just a carrier. And map maker could replace that carrier in the task group with a japanese type. could be included on shp filter list.
