Tonite was my first nite back in almost 3 months, The artwork is great, the flight model sligtly diff, & gunnery is extremely different. But what hasn't improved is the Horde mentality.

I started as a rook, but got bored with fighting 3 cons with 20 wingmen, so I went Bish to wing-up with a former squaddie. Had fun for about an hour defending attackers to 38. But when the horde focused on 38 the fun was done.

Personally I long for a game where skill determines the outcome, not just how many guys you can get on 1 side. I really hope HTC can get TOD out soon, my new puter (2G spent for primarily the ability to play this game) gonna get dusty cause horde rhymes with bored no matter which side yer on.

I'll have to shake some more rust off before I head to CT, but I'm quite sure the horde simpletons will not stop, so I will quite likely have time to check it out while I wait for TOD.

I will try the H2H arenas as well, often some good EVEN fights to be had there.

I can't wait for TOD as well...I bet it brings back memories of tight squad fights from EAW days at Kali.

Also can't wait for early war planes to be on an even/historical setting...And hopefully something will be implemented to ecourage surviving missions(not suiciding)

I agree on the surviving sorties incentive part Sirloin, an issue in need of attention for sure.

I know they must be working feverishly for a cure to the meek ways of the horde. Let us all hope for a most expeditious arrival:D .
