You can join free leagues here, it's alot of fun. You can even create custom leagues where you can draft defensive players.

Preist Homes or Portis, for sure.  It would depend heavily on the scoring settings, but default Yahoo leagues favor running backs heavily.  I am in three private leagues and they do as well.  One of my leagues gives a little props to QB's too, so I would say first rd RB, second round QB or WR, and a third rd RB.

Homes has gotta be given top consideration if your league favors RBs like most do.
