I like most of it, but most of the engine start up sounds sound the same. I did not use all of your sounds, but kept alot of mitsu's only because I dont want an a20, la7 and a6m to sound the same sitting on the runway;) Besides that Its pretty good. My new check 6 sound is homer

Actually, this file when compressed using winrar comes out to be 64mb download.

I believe the pre-compression folder was around 112mb.
winrar doing it in .zip format put it 93mb.

As for next patch....like I said in above post, will be dealing more with specific plane sounds / engine types, ect....as well as correlating operational sound (flaps/gear, ect...) levels within the individual plane.

One thing I'm looking for are good quality samples of the russian plane sets engines. Even if anyone has a crappy version of a fly-by it would help.

I haven't had the chance to listen to the new version, yet. I liked version 1.7. If 1.8 sucks, I'll cancel the download. hehe

not a software engineer...hell i can pack a groceries or a truck...but not software...lol

Will look in to it...

also I change levels and re'eq things that I don't have the patience to write down everything I changed - just major ones.

And like I said before, I'm just uploaded what I'm using in my sounds folder edited to my taste. Not developing software.
