Hey Hitech,

Why not lock the thread and send one warning email to the offender. If they repeat the offence, ban them for a week - if they come back and do it again - ban them for a month etc

(probably get banned myself now !!)

yep.. these posts are fast today, i have tried to reply in a few with some comments, only to find the thread locked before i finish typing.

i should really learn to type correctly instead of this 2 finger thing i do LOL

If you'd stop looking at your avatar you'd have more than one free hand to type with.

Yes - it should be - but in itself would not stop them coming back and doing it again - whereas an email confirming a ban for future offences would make it very clear to them

HT ... experment threads 4,5 and 6 were locked while I was back at work and I wasn't able to post in them that I wholeheartedly agree because it made perfect sense. Could you unlock them long enough for me to correct this and thereby have a perfect record?

I love the idea myself. Its unbeliveable how many people now-a-days just post dribble and nonsense just to raise cain. I for one am glad to see this, maybe the board's members will be better behaved.
