I didn't see anything unusual at all.

 The only time I get any 'stutter' is in the P-38 and I move left or right in the cockpit to see around the nose better. Then I see my view move in quick but small steps or lurches. I figure it's the props and thier spinners eating up the FPS but the FPS doesn't lower.  Odd. And that happens in any refresh rate.

Torque what plane were you flying when we ran those test? Also can you see much difference between the 38 and the f4?

Torque,  I tested 60 hertz and it worked fine on my monitor.

Tested: barrel rolls in a Hog at 60hertz on a Sony Trinitron 21inch monitor. I can get the model number if you want it.

Torque,

Every time I do a barrel roll the monitor falls on the floor.

HT, originally it was F4Uc, after your post i flew them all. The P38 shudder was just a bit more apparent than the other ACs. I guess my puter just falling behind the times.

BTW HT is there anyway I can get the version just before patch 2 to check.Maybe it's just me getting finicky.

Hunh.

Everytime I do a barrel roll the cat falls on the floor.

It's an orange cat; no model number available. The floor is hardwood. The cat produces a satisfying thump when parameters are correct.

Will continue to test till the cat shudders.

Interesting .... I tried the test with the refresh rate and nothing changed.  However, I was flying last night and out of nowhere during a barrel roll it started to shutter .. it got worse when I started to fire, to the point where I couldn't fly.  I augered into the ground of course and then logged (closed) AH.  I ran a vbs script that I read somewhere to free up available memory ...

--freemem.vbs
FreeMem=Space(24000000)
-- end script

Then restarted AH.  Started dogfighting again and no stutter or anything.  Could there be a possible memory leak somewhere?  I only get the stuttering every once in a while ... it is not consistent.
