Chico. It was 600 then, now up to 947. We even had to install a flashing light at the intersection because of all the traffic.
My mind is a raging torrent, flooded with rivulets of thought cascading into a waterfall of creative alternatives.

LOL I was just curious. I saw you post  it in another thread. I was raised in a small town in Texas (Celeste). It hasn`t gotten  a true red light/green light yet but it did get a blinking caution light some years back. It caused quite a stir when it happened. lol The population ranged around 600 and a couple of old dogs for years. I think it has now broken a thousand.  Nothing like small Texas towns. Only place I know of where everyone thinks they need to know what ply toilet tissue you use. rofl
  I went through the old home town recently. It took at least a 12 pack to get the foul taste out of my mouth. ;)
