Are you ready for some Fantasy Football?
« on: August 10, 2004, 10:23:51 AM »
Our league draft is in three weeks, and I need some advice. Since I virtually ignore football during the open wheel racing season, I've no clue about who the hot rookie prospects are for this year.

In my league we have to trim our roster of 16 down to 7 keepers by July 31. Here's my team, The Freudian Slips:

QB: Chad Pennington
QB: Quincy Carter(I know, but he got cut two days after my list was turned in!)

RB: LaDanian Tomlinson
RB: Michael Bennett
RB: Onterrio Smith(backup for Bennett)

WR: Terrell Owens
WR: Anquan Boldin

Anyone care to give an analysis of the 2004 rookies? The only one I've ever heard of is Eli Manning, and the only thing I've heard is that he's got a nice contract.

After 13 years of running a league, I quit. I'm rather looking forward to the break. :)

BTW, we can set up a league at Yahoo for free. If we can get 10 people together we can do it. Any friday night is good for me.
