The new "AH Tech Hangar" web site has been kick started on "The Damned" server. Dial-ups may have a slower time with the three backgrounds for the rooms, but once loaded it should be smooth sailing. A preloader for the large graphics will be installed at a later date.
The site *may* also become DLable.
http://www.damned.org/ahth/This site includes AH, PC tweaking, Thrid Party Software & Files, WWII aviation, WWII history information and resources, among many other things of interest for the common AH player. It's mainly designed to provide AH and OS tweaking info and spider out to AH minded resources.
There are a few issues that need to be worked out, including but not limited to;
1) Infirmary script is not functioning yet, slight tweak needed here.
2) The chat system will be replaced with a higher quality room chat system. I don't see this being used much but it will be there.
3) Some graphics are not appearing on certain pages yet, easy fix, just a FYI.
Other then those main items, the site should be functioning just fine.
I'd like to publicly thank some long time friends "Eggr" and "The Damned" squad for hosting the site while a permanent site is up. It may also stay there as a mirror.
Again, the site is just up and fresh and has some expanding to do, it's by no means completely done, no web site is
