MT, the person who signed the medical report was a physician's assistant (can't recall the proper navy term, but a corpsman in essence), working for the doctor who treated Kerry. According to the testimony of the doctor in question, and backed up by numerous members of this unit, there was only one doctor at the base where Kerry was treated, though he was supported by enlisted corpsmen. If true, it should be easy to verify via Navy records.
