One thing I've noticed about flak........

One thing I've noticed about those ugly black burst of flak that's put up by them soft gun batteries is that they can fire at me when they don't have line of sight i.e I do a dive bombing run on an enemy base thats next to a mountain.  Logic tells me if I put my plane between the mountain and said guns then I shouldn't be getting fired at by em, that is unless they are rader directed and the shells are flying in an arc up over the mountain and coming back down to explode around me.  Just my 2 cents about that.

I was fighting on the deck, maybe 5miles from a base, behind a string of mountains.  There were several mtn's between myself, and the base, and I was killed by a puffy ack.  

Thought it odd that a puffy ack could kill me with no line of sight, behind mountains and all.
