3dsmax 4 register problems

For some reason, my keygen...err auth code doesn't work.
When i load 3dsmax, it installs correctly.
Although when it is time to register, I only get 2 options, middle option is grayed out.  Also I get and error #007.
I choose the first option, then I pick that I already have auth code.  I highlight the request code..
4069 1941 5352 0903 2826 5153 1150
my auth code should be #3384517829488844.
But sadly no luck.
It says no dice, and to try again.
I even uninstalled Norton Anti-Virus.
Anyone have a solution?

sorry for my english a had same problem.
 unistall 3ds max and try to find hidden folder "macrovision" in document and settings (check show hidden folder in the folder options), in the macrovision folder you'll find some files, delete it.
install 3ds max and use keygen.

I had installed it already on my second hard drive.
I had 2 versions of windows (dual boot).
One of my windows wasn't working and so when i tried to install it on the second windows of the second hard drive, the installation program would detect that it was there with the same serial key.  Can't use the same key twice!

Just pluged my first hard drive and then the installation worked.
