90% of all planes have been UNDITCHABLE until now. Perhaps you never had the opportunity to try it, but most of us recognized the problem when tring to land with 1 gear (or none) or with damage.

Hmmm
Never had a problem ditching myself.
Least not with any of the FWs
Cept the time I slid up a slope and went airborn again and couldnt get it level enough by the time Ithe plane reached terra firma again

I only fly 109Fs, P47s, and the occasional Spit5 now, so I never had a problem.

A lot of peeps here on the forums had been griping about as well, but now that it's fixed, no need to worry.

However, I think patch 7 wiped my stick config

Have to go in and re-scale it all

Okay... So when I left a ways back, DITCH meant KILLED.... regardless of whether or not you came to a "safe" landing.

Go off runway because you dead sticked in, but landed perfectly in the grass, and the score meister 2000 showed you as a casualty of war.... KIA.

So, is this the part that is fixed, or is it the part where one wheel/belly landings on RW show as LANDED what you're talking about?

What was fixed is that it used to be 90% of all planes could NOT physically ditch into a stopped position. They would blow up no matter HOW gently you set down. They fixed that you CAN ditch now, not how the scoring is done.
