Flying in the TA today I happened to try moving to a drone to see if I could hit approaching planes better. What I noticed is when you fire that position it all looks ok although there was no sound. When I fired all guns with LOS on target the gunsight seemed to change positions slightly. It did vary with the aim , forward or backward etc.
Would this have something to do with the newer convergence on drone bombers or a mini-bug that needs attention?
I also saw a guy up some B17s and watched as the drones hit and stuck on a hill and the lead proceded around without the drones exploding. The lead buff was D4.0+ away from the drones and later I even noticed that the drones had re-joined the lead buff and were trying to catch up from about D2.0 ish. Two other people did see them hanging this far back.
Is D1.0 ish the range they should be exploding?
