Good on ya, Slimm50! I lost 70 pounds eating food like that,  and I've kept the weight off for almost two years now by continuing to eat healthy food.

It is a pie crust filled with beef, carrots, onion, peas...and probably a few things I'd rather not know about (much like a hotdog  ;) ) in a rich gravy.

I break the top open, pour in the ketsup and then the mayo.

Good eating.

Also known as shepards pie, which is what I had fo lunch, from the Blackeyed Pea.  It was good, but I was only able to eat half of it.

lol thanks for the advice JB73. Ive been keeping that in mind for awhile now.
A beef pie in other words is what some of us Yanks call a chicken pot pie, minus the chicken. I cant imagine putting mayo and ketsup in one.
And the beef that comes in thse my family refers to as monkey meat, unknown leftovers.

Chipotle  - burrito with rice, pinto beans, shredded pork, salsa, shredded cheese wrapped in a tortilla.  Tasty, filling.  Only ate half.  Saved half for later.
