Hmm.... no idea. I'll guess Germany, just from the sprocket techno music they were playing.

Yeah... I wouldn't have minded seeing a crash. They deserved to. Only problem is that a crash coulda easily killed people other than just these 'jots.

All I could think while watching it is "amazingly stupid" if it is real.  Putting so many others lives at risk is assnine.

Pause it as they pass under the second overpass, the road signs look to be written in Cyrilic  Russia somewhere I would guess, or does eastern Germany have roadsigns in cyrilic?

Madness anyway, there where a few times there that the car behind him would have had to brake sharply to avoid hitting him as he cuts in front of them, at highway speeds, especially in traffic like that, suddenly banging on the anchors can be a bit problematic.
