Why Skull I thought you hated Pacific Theater stuff. The next incarnation of Il-2 coming in the spring (last I heard) should be right up your alley though...Battle of Britain.

that is FB. it has a few pack planes, but not much.

I am dying for a new 109 to fly in Il2. original is pretty easy now that i've got the 6/AS down and the F2. I want a K4 or G14 to fly!

Weird last time I checked EB Games told me they had a "firm" ship date of Oct. 12th.

Oh well it doesn't matter as long as I get the thing before Christmas. Thats when the new 6800 Nvidia card gets dropped in by good ol' St. Nicholas.

I really dont think half these guys have what it takes to fly Il2. Its too realistic. Damn collisions are deadly. Flew an off line mission last night inside a snow blizard. Makes landing a s*****. Love the turbulance. The instruments vibrate almost to where you cant read them as well as a nice cross wind landing. IFR anyone?

Lost cable when we were flying the other night. Anyway, my cable just came up as well as the phones and tv cable. Power hasnt been a big problem. I wish them "Damn Yankees" would stay off my interstate, they sure know how to plug up the place

Been spending a little time in IL2FB, mainly on the 325th server.
Still trying to learn some things as I go. Took me a while to figure out the fargin text radio. Maybe I can communicate with you guys now.

The missions are pretty fun and immersive especially with the weather. Nice setup 325th.

Got it and replied last night. I can't wait till PF comes rolling out. Seeing one of those latest videos of the Wildcat coming in for landing on that rolling carrier deck was kick bellybutton inmy opinion. The arrestor wires look a little to rubbery in the way they give but what do I know I have never trapped aboard a carrier in WW2. I am just going off of old footage showing planes coming in to land.
