This is bad news for the Dems!
It showed the unit joined a "24-hour active alert mission to safeguard against surprise attack" in the southern United States beginning on Oct. 6, 1972, a mission for which Bush was not present, according to his pay records.
Bush's lone service in October was outside Texas, presumably with an Alabama unit he had permission to train with in September, October and November 1972
Hmm, now the Dems will have to try a new angle!
Not that this issue makes any difference on his ability to be the President... Where exactly did you get the "Bush's lone service in October was outside Texas, presumably with an Alabama unit he had permission to train with in September, October and November 1972" part? It certainly wasn't in the article that RPM posted. Would there happen to be any record of this "presumable" service in Alabama? If you did, it would actually make your post make sense, or at least have some credibility.
-edit- LOL, n/m, apparently RPM is copy & pasting to suite his agenda. Your post makes a lot more sense now, but the presumably is still the kicker. But again, I don't think it affects his ability to be a President in the slightest.
