do you fly to much?

It's summer in Chicago, so between doing stuff outside of the house and working on the house... not much. Come winter I'll be back up to about 20-30 hrs a month which is fine for me. I play some other games from time to time, and have he wife to attend to and someday soon maybe a kid. But 20-30 hours is enough.

Since I telecommute the boards are like my "water cooler." Unfortunately, I spend way too much time lately surfing the interesting boards vs. doing the less interesting work. Need to make some changes there.

I try to play a little bit each day.     I work 12 hour shifts and it can get rough when I get home at 7AM and stay up till 10AM playing.  Try to get some sleep and then go to work all tired from playing to much.

Wife has fits sometimes with me flying.   She will say things like,"wouldn't you rather spend time with me in the sack"     "How many more hours are you going to play that damn game?"    On and on and on.     Squad nights are ruthless for any sort of sex life.   I never in my wildest dreams would of thought of passing up nooky to fly with the boys.    Now on squad nights (FRI & SAT)
I am flying instead of going out.   I gotta cut back on this game or my social life is going to go down the toilet not to mention my marriage.

been there done that.

i actually got the wife to cut me some slack though in this department:D  not much but enough;)

now i just have to learn to tell myself when enough's enough.

Used to be I would put off doing things just so I could play AH. I'd play for hours.

Now I log in when I'm bored. I log off after 1 or 2 sorties.
