So I heard the ban will be lifted soon. Does that mean I can go out to big5 and get one of these. Ok perhaps I'll have to get the scope and mount it on cause its not included but does that mean these will be legit in cali?

Not in Cali but in every other state that did not pass their own laws.

See in commiefornia, they passed a extra set of their own anti assault rifle laws, much more restrictive then the national one.

So unless the state supreme court (lol yeah I know) put the law down, you are still boned.

You can still buy parts and put it together right? If you have any info on whats legit and whats not I would be interested in reading that.

Nope making an "Ar15 style" assault rifle from parts in cali would be a felony.

You could only do it if the Magazine is riveted into the reciver. Buy a reciver without the riveted mag is a feloney I think.

LOL! I had no idea. I thought the mags had to be 5 rnds or less. What kind of a sick joke is that.

has to be a ten rounder riveted in, lol.

I had no idea tell I saw one at a gun show! LOL you have to pop out the take down pin to reload. The rivt went right through the side of the mag well.

See what makes it evil is it has a pistol grip and a removable mag, thats why you can still buy an M1a or a Mini 14, no pistol grip.

Cali sucks for gun ownership.

Go with an M1A or an old M1 Garand.

Like I said in the other one, you'll probably have to wait a few months for construction of new guns and more importation to really kick into effect.
