Have you guys noticed that at least one side has two cities. I discovered this by following SuperFly's directions to find a troop factory.

Offline, go to the SE corner of 7.10; now, go to the left-middle of 10.10. Two cities on the same side and I still cannot find the troop factory.

They all have 2 cities.

yep, if you kill one city and the other city is up, the strat page will show city at 50%.
