Im not at all familiar with AH1 H2H, but if AH1 allows you
to manually enter I.P. addresses, you can network over the internet. Each player would need to know what your IP address is so they can type it in

I'm not positive on this so don't quote me.
I think the only way 'might' be on a local LAN. The reason being H2H does check to see if your currect version is valid and does use some of their server resources. Seeing AH1 went out of date with AH2s release I don't think that process would go through and start it. Again I'm not positive but an easy check would be to try and start a H2H session with AH1 and see what happens, in fact I'll try that now. I tried a AH1 H2H session and the game tries to update me to the latest version of AH2.
Based on that I assume you can't.

Or better While I am awaiting my dream computer. If someone has a sever and could host Aceshigh1 h2h. Or even if hitech did it I would Pay $25 per month. For that. It will be really cool like 5 rooms. Hitech host aceshigh1. But just charge extra for it. But you probally to busy. And by the time you get unbusy I will have computer.
Well atleast take it into consideration.

So I take it the AH1 has to be hosted by a server to access it for H2H .
HT anyway possible that AH1 can be placed on a server just for H2H ?
