A Marriage of 2 ideas...ENY and Factories

variation...instead of factories being connected to plane types.

Destroying a country's manufacturing capacity could affect plane availablity by lowering the ENY threshold.

I have never cared for the "bomb a factory..take away a plane" school of thought. The 'logic' would be that bombing factories would take away critical parts for the 'uber' planes. Thus, increasing the likelyhood that they would be unavailable.

in this case it could only be done to a side that has theoretical superiority hence could afford the additional resources to protect it.  I think HT thought the will make dale work harder comment funny not the thread itself.

Of course it would only be done to one side. But, it would have less impact on the lower side because they have the fewest players and more impact if done to the biggest side because they have the most.
