OK how about this one.

Reward RTB and rearming with bonus perk points.   The idea is to reward "not dieing" TM.  

Of course you can only get perks if you kill something/somebody.  

The desired effect would be:
1) To see more pilots flying to live.
2) Increasing the time between attacks because of the the RTB, thus giving the attackee more recovery time.
3) Maybe even cutting down on kamikazi buff attacks.  (give buffs big points for rearming. )  Anything to help.

LOL you're right.  I've got to stop writing these things when I'm tired.

While stats on overall RTB's are hard to come by, a cursory look suggests its less than 25% after the to 10 ranked.

How about not awarding perks UNLESS your RTB ratio is above 50%?

I ALWAYS fly with the idea of 'NOT DIEING' TM.

I NEVER use perks.
