How do you use that thing you have to keep hitting refresh??

Somebody should use yahoo messenger to host a web cam it really fast if its on broadband, then you can see peoples every move.

Click on [IMAGE] and copy the [.IMG] tag that is given to you at the Picture Hangar. That'll let you include pics in your posts.

There's nothing wrong with the upload. Everything is fine on the Picture Hangar side.

You just needed to copy the [.IMG] tag and paste it here in your post.

example:
[.IMG without the period]http://www.onpoi.net/ah/pics/users/581_1096057584_con2004.jpg[/img]

would've given you this:
