I don't think Bush is, I'm just saying from the perspective of a Catholic/Christian person - supporting someone that believes God works through them seems a little off for a Catholic or Christian.

I don't think it's funny....but I also know he works in mysterious ways.

I've never thaught that God speaks through Bush....I agree with you comments like "jesus spoke to me and he said re-elect Bush" are in fact silly.  As a christian I allways tend to think if God wants it to happen it will.

NASH,

Did you catch my hint of sarcasim there w/ the persia remark.  It is kinda ironic that armegeden takes place there and we are in fact occupying part of the area.

to the majority of all germans and the french...the canadians.....lots of brits and aussies...a whole bunch of others that really think poorly of the US because of whats happened with WMDs and all that.....Iraq, Afganistan and how the US is the terrorist of the world and how the US is the biggest threat to world peace and all that.  After much thought and reflection on human history, the good and the bad, the ups and the downs, the ins and the outs....... To you fine people who apparently care so much after all is said and done, I sum it up in two simple words.  Oh well.

Gun, guessing you mean funny as in off. I don't equate off to funny, off means to me strange, funny is laughable.

As for the rest, probably person to person would work best for us to understand better what we mean. Don't think this median works too well.

I'm not challenging faith or beliefs here, just posing a dilemma, as I see it, to those who are Catholic or Christian.

True true.

I pretty sure from what I've been taught tha Bush is not the antichrist....that kind of thinking is just as silly as somone saying that God told them to vote for him.

(not saying you did this)
I find it kind of offensive when somone equates religion specifically christianity with being simple minded.  I have come to realize in my life that to many things just arnt so easily explainable.  I agree that most religions have their zelots and extremists and I am equally disturbed when I see imoral things being done "in the name of god".  People have no right to do that nor do they have the right to force it on poeple.

Those who turn people away from god because of poor tact are just as bad as those who suppress it.

That's my "simple minded" approach to the devine.  I'm a beleiver but I sin.....I want others to follow, but will never force them.  and as a basic matter of principles I stand up for myself when my Ideals are challenged.

No argument from me on that Gun. I have friends whom are religious (Catholics or Christians) and we have these sorts of discussions all the time, hence my belief they're easier in person to understand eachother and have a realistic discussion.

Do I believe in any religion? Not really. Do I believe regardless? Yes.

hehe...forgive me stupid german.
You seem to be a clever one and you obviously know the meaning of the word "fact".

I'm truly sorry that you wasnt in the white house when it came to the iraq-wmd facts or the saddam/al-quaeda-connection fact and whatelse more. Your advices could have saved your president's credibility.
And yours too.

Btw..i always wondered why Mr Clinton got that impeachment because of a simple kiss on his willie while Bush's lies are threatening the whole world...and nothing happens to him.
Can you enlighten me in this particular case too?

And..hey..be so kind and dont call me anti-american. I'm only anti-Bush.As you can guess.

Huh?

What does all this have to do with the stupid pic showing the huricanes zig zagging through Florida?

I guess if the ultra melon that posted this is to be believed.... the Gore counties were spared any damage.

Hell, hope my aunt in Palm Beach County finds that out, mabe then she can move back into her home that was beat to crap by that damn storm that went ashore over Jupiter Inlet.

To top that off, I will have to call all the friends I have in Osceola and Orange Countys to say they had no damage either.

What a friggin baffoon.
I regret doing business with TD Computer Systems.

Saddam just enjoyed his power, he wasn't even zealous muslim - and even those times when he was publicly being zealous, was for the PR.
(an excellent partner for those all-muslim-world Al Qaedas.. a man who wants to stay in power and whos hardly zealous enough to look good in their eyes)
