Can one get a full roster of everyone registered in the game, with the usual info per person (stats, squad, etc.)?

I can find the roster that shows you such things for everyone who is in the air at the time, but not for all players.

If this is not available, I'd like to suggest it.  It's useful then in looking up info on someone you might have met at one point but who isn't on-line at the time.
