I don't pretend to know much about your government, why do you pretend to know much about mine?

??

I'm making comment on Buish's inability to respond well to questions, not on your government itself. Often when Bush does answer a question they are very short and he often uses lines from previous speeches.

If I said it was Kerry that didn't reply well to questions would you make the same point regarding governments?

By the way keep going with the personal comments, as they are just ignored. While showing  immaturity and ignorance on your part.

Thanks.

It's called freedom of speech.
Commenting on american politics on an american based bbs which is full of threads on american politics... politics which directly affect watermelon loads of non americans to varying degrees... ameristalking? - that sounds like paranoia to me.

or will the talking-heads "debate" the debate... rather see ER

regardless of tonite, as those watching it already know who they are voting for, Bush will be Prez for 4 more years ..

I saw a poll released this morning that while 77% have already made up their mind and wont be swayed by tonights show, 18% will use the 'debate' to decide. The number seemed high to me but there it is.

I think you ameristalkers will be disapointed if you think that the debates will evaporate the Bush lead.

The debates will simply be a way for Bush to make short speeches and look presidential and kerrie will either be forced to attack and look desperate and unpresidential or make speeches that say nothing himself.

What will happen is that the undecided will have and excuse to vote for Bush... the debates will sooth their concience.   or.... theyu just won't vote at all...

kerrie won't fire anyone up because of the debates.... except ameristalkers of course.

I HAVE to watch the debates, I've got a 5 page paper due over them Monday.  I love higher education, they make you watch stupid things to make you smart.
