yeah that pic does look a lot worse than the story suggests.

i really hope people in the area are getting away though, last blast in the 80's killed how many?

remember that photographer that got killed, but his pic survived? (or am i remembering that wrong?)

It didn't erupt! It didn't sneeze or burp or even caugh. It farted. I've seen bigger gas clouds produced by those teleprompter jockies on TV. Speaking of whom, the news boys are chewing over this as if it's some sort of national emergency, which is at least good for a laugh. If she pops, she pops; but it won't be that big or that bad.
