starting to hate the env. balanceing thing now, hmm took me long enough;)

uhhhh.. i only saw the eny-limiter kick in very briefly above 5, and the was when the knits had 150 to about 110 each bish, rooks.

i've yet to see any eny-limit kick in for any length of time since the change.

so whachootalkinboutwillis?
