ATG Rockets and Splash damage

I'm pretty certain that over the last 3 weeks there has been a migration to the damage a FFAR can do to a GV has been reduced. I notice particularly against soft skinned that it takes a hit within 2 feet or a direct hit to pop them.

Was something changed?

Nothing's changed in the past few weeks.  There was a change in one of the patches that reduced the effect of proximity explosions on armor, but direct hits were unaffected by that.
