When I try to record and then play the flim in AH2,I keep getting "invalid or old format film". How is this fixable?

Are you using the film viewer that is located in the start menu?

When I go to programs,htc,AH2,films.
It gives an error msg.

save your settings folder and reinstall AH2.  It might have been a bad install

Done the reload and now it tells me that AHfilm.exe has encounterd a problem and has to shut down.
