Possible Copyright conflict for 'Aces High'?
« on: February 02, 2000, 01:45:00 PM »
I'm not sure whether this is an issue or not, but i think it is worth flagging up. I just got back from the store here in the UK, where there was a box on the shelf for a 'Aces High' game. On closer inspection, I found this to be an add-on for M$ CFS by 'The Associates' and is actually a WW1 themed add-on. I'm not sure whether this conflicts with HTC's 'Aces High'? Might be worth checking out HT, Pyro & Co. Perhaps because it is an add-on and not a full game there won't be an issue but I think it is still using it as a 'brand name'.

Oh well, thought it might be worth mentioning.
